we are selling on Amazon from past 2 years

Buyers place random order even they don't need and return or rejected without reason or used or broken with bad handling

Amazon not dealing with them and even pickup boy not cross check our package condition and material inside it .. it's a total loss of our plastic product and even not get satisfactory safty claim .. I don't know why amazon entertain such a time pass and fake buyers

There should be policy of cross check while return pick up from Amazon services amazon must need to think about it .we are fade up with this time pass buyers now

Many Fake customers on Amazon

Many fake customers are available here on amazon. They order the products with very strange addresses.. like overhead water tank, hp gas agency, badet school ke paas etc. They get the product and keep it with them without even caring about returning the product.

Amazaon seller support is the worst support. They dont take any action and in reply to this amazon immediately gives full refund to the customer and doesnt even care to listen to the seller. Their customer care support is ill behaved and harass the seller.

With me conditions got worst within a month or so only.

Return packet not delivered

For 6 packets that are out for delivery, we receive an OTP, but the delivery associate gives me only 5 packets. Since one packet is missing, I do not share the OTP with him, so he marks it as 'Rejected by Seller' on his end and takes the packet back.

If 6 packets are sent out for delivery from the final delivery station, then one packet goes missing. This problem occurs almost every time – the number of packets actually delivered is less than the number that are out for delivery. However, this fact does not reach the EasyShip management, and no action is taken; the delivery associate ends up stealing the packets.

Moreover, if I talk to seller support, they tell me to file a safety claim, and when we do that, we only get Rs.10 for goods worth Rs.200.

If the packets are out for delivery from the final delivery station, then how do packets go missing?

Also, when the seller instructs the delivery associate to send an OTP for exactly the number of packets he has delivered, he refuses."

No parcel pickup

No courier person is coming to pick up the parcel since last two days. Yesterday on 1st I have rescheduled to 2nd August again. This way customer might face issue and cancel the order and it would incur us the losses.

Hello Sellers,

We are the brand owner and sole manufacturer of a product listed on Amazon under our registered brand. Recently, we found that an unauthorized seller has been mapping on our ASIN and selling counterfeit versions of our product.

This has led to: Poor customer reviews (due to counterfeit quality)

Brand reputation damage (customers think it’s our product)

Loss of sales and customer trust

We raised a complaint with the Amazon Brand Support team (Complaint ID already filed), but unfortunately, it was rejected, even though we provided proof of brand ownership and manufacturing rights.

Key Questions for Fellow Sellers:

Has anyone faced a similar issue where counterfeit sellers map to their listings?

What steps worked for you to get such sellers removed?

Is there any escalation route or additional documentation we should submit to strengthen our case?

Our focus is to protect our brand and customers from counterfeit products, and we are seeking advice from experienced sellers on how to deal with such situations effectively.
