our buy box has been removed without any account health impact without any policy violation we lost our major sale during prime day sale our sale has been down by 90% we have daily orders of 50-60 and sale of 25-30k and our listings are 2-3 years old this is so pathetic and worst working of amazon and all associated of amazon are idiots they didnt known anything please help us otherwise we will take strict action on amazon in consumer forum

. I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the SAFE-T claim that was recently denied under the following reason:

"Sellers on Amazon.in are not allowed to file a fraudulent claim, misuse, or abuse the SAFE-T policy"

I would like to sincerely clarify that:

The images I submitted were of the actual wrong product I received from the buyer for this specific return.

I did not reuse any previous images from earlier claims.

I have only one seller account and have never submitted the same images from multiple accounts.

The image(s) clearly show that the item returned is not the one originally shipped.

I have always abided by Amazon's policies and strictly followed guidelines when submitting claims.

I respectfully request you to reopen the SAFE-T claim or allow me to resubmit the required evidence. I assure you of my commitment to maintaining integrity and following Amazon’s policies diligently.

Easy ship is no more easy.

My 6+ Order cancelled back to back because of non pickup issue. Amazon has deducted their part. Now its seller responsibility to get it refunded by filling lots of form. Around 4-5 form per order.

1. Product can be deliver to buyer within 2 days from seller. however the same product takes more than 50 day to get back to seller if Buyer reject this. Is it Logical?

2. Amazon charges and Shipping charges were deducted from my account. Refund to Buyer within 3 days. Refund to seller takes 15 working days (which is Aound 20 day). Is it Logical?

Did Amazon consider that Only Amazon is Running because of buyer only?

What will happen if sellers avoid using Amazon?

Are seller not the customer of Amazon?

Thank you for your response.

I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the resolution provided in your latest message. Over the past two months, your support team has consistently informed us that the matter was under review by your internal team and that they were unable to identify any specific violations in the listings. We were repeatedly assured that your internal team was working to understand the root cause of the ASIN deactivation.

After two months of waiting and multiple follow-ups, it is extremely disappointing to now be told that the reason for the deactivation cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality policies. This is neither fair nor acceptable, especially when we, as your selling partners, are expected to comply with policies that are not transparently communicated.

You have stated that the matter is now closed and that no further action can be taken, without offering any clear resolution or guidance. This approach shows a complete lack of accountability and support. As a responsible representative of the Amazon Leadership Team, I had expected a more constructive and solution-oriented response.

Please be informed that I will be escalating this issue to higher authorities within Amazon, as we believe this case has not been handled with the transparency and fairness that sellers deserve.

I will not be responding further to this ticket, as you have chosen to close it without resolution.

मैं यहां अपना अनुभव शेयर करना चाहता हूं ताकि बाकी लोग इस प्लेटफॉर्म को लेकर बेहतर निर्णय ले सकें — खासकर वे जो अभी Amazon पर selling शुरू करने की सोच रहे हैं या शुरू कर चुके हैं।

मैंने कुछ महीने पहले Amazon पर एक छोटे seller के रूप में शुरुआत की थी, लेकिन ground reality ने मुझे चौंका दिया। जितनी उम्मीदें लेकर शुरू किया था, उतनी ही जल्दी निराशा भी हाथ लगी।

🔴 कुछ प्रमुख समस्याएं जो मैं झेल रहा हूं (और शायद आप में से कई लोग भी):

1. Orders की संख्या नाम मात्र की है

हजारों sellers, वही product, और Amazon का ranking system — ये सब मिलकर नए sellers को visibility ही नहीं देता। Organic orders बहुत कम आते हैं, और वो भी कभी-कभार।

2. Returns – एक बड़ा सिरदर्द

Buyer प्रोडक्ट को इस्तेमाल करके वापस भेज देता है

Amazon उसे full refund दे देता है

लेकिन seller को कोई compensation नहीं मिलता, उल्टा return shipping और damage का खर्च भी उठाना पड़ता है।

3. Fees & Charges – बेमतलब की कटौती

Product ₹200 में बिका तो मत समझिए कि आपको ₹180 मिलेगा।

Amazon अलग-अलग नाम से इतनी fees काटता है कि आखिर में ₹40–₹50 ही बचते हैं।

4. Ads के बिना Listing dead है

Amazon अब practically ads-based platform बन चुका है। जब तक आप sponsored ads नहीं चलाएंगे, आपका product page views तक नहीं लेगा। लेकिन ads में भी ROI negative आता है, खासकर low-ticket items में।

5. Price War – एक अंतहीन दौड़

हर दूसरा seller lowest price के लिए compete कर रहा है।

कम दाम में बेचने की होड़ में margin नाम की चीज़ गायब हो चुकी है।

6. Seller Support – मदद के नाम पर silence

जब कोई असली issue आता है – जैसे fraud return, wrong deduction या payment block – तब seller support से automated replies के अलावा कुछ नहीं मिलता। Escalation भी काम नहीं करता।

🤔 क्या Amazon अब केवल बड़े sellers और brands के लिए ही है?

मेरी राय में, Amazon का ecosystem अब धीरे-धीरे brands, FBA giants और bulk sellers के अनुकूल बन चुका है। छोटे या नए sellers जो limited stock और capital के साथ आते हैं, उनके लिए ये platform ज्यादा मुश्किलें खड़ा करता है।

🟢 अब आगे क्या?

मैं अब अपने D2C website और Instagram/Facebook selling पर फोकस कर रहा हूं।

Customer सीधा मुझसे जुड़ता है

Return और fraud कम होता है

पूरा profit structure मेरे हाथ में होता है

What do you need help with?

Subject: ATS Pickup Not Available in Pincode 611001 – Request for Resolution

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

I have been an active seller on Amazon for the past 5 years, operating from Pincode 611001 (Tamil Nadu). Recently, Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) has stopped pickups in this area without any official communication. As a result:

I cannot use Easy Ship for order fulfillment.

Some of my listings now show as “cannot ship to this pincode”, impacting sales and customer experience.

I contacted the local ATS team who said they are unsure when services will resume.

I request the following:

Official confirmation on whether Easy Ship is temporarily disabled in 611001.

A timeline or update on when the service will be restored.

A workaround or manual override to allow Easy Ship for my listings.

Please escalate this case to a senior support executive or account manager if required, as this is seriously affecting my business.

Binding Error 8541

Hi Team,

We are a Book Publishing company that lists Books with ISBNs. Since the last 8 months, while trying to list these books on the Amazon catalogue, they are being incorrectly marked are Apparel GTINs. We have gone through the several similar discussions (linked below).

In each of these cases, we have been redirected for Error 8541, after which the support team has been unable to resolve any of these cases. This issue is quite serious as books that have the potential to sell in volumes of thousands are not being added to the Amazon catalogue. These books have been listed on all other platforms easily; only Amazon is unable to list them.

ASIN creation should not be so tedious for Indian publishing companies. This is an urgent, major issue that Amazon needs to address from their end.
