We have noticed that Amazon India has been charging wrong/ exhorbitatnt fee handling fees, which are not propotionate to the calculation. We have raised a case, and the last week, we have followed up with answering their request for informtion. They ask for the same information again and again, with some minor updates. Please give Order Information, fill out the 'ES_Fee_reimbursement_template", share images 1-8, as follows 1. Package Length, 2. Package Width, 3. Package Height , 4. Package weight showing the product inside, 5. Product Length, 6. Product Width, 7. Product Height, 8. Product Weight. Every time, someone new is handling the case, and it looks that they are not checking all the emails from the oldest one.

Since it is a 30 day window for claims, some of the orders will continue to fall out, as Amazon support keeps asking for more information.

Has anyone been sucessful in navingating the Amazon support team, and finding a resolution for wrong Easy Ship weight fee?

My account is showing the listings are inactive . We don't know the reason for this. We made so many requests for more than two months. but our case is not resolved still now.

I am a new seller and was very excited to start my amazon journey, but unfortunately within 3-5 days i had the worse experince. I received good number of orders and kept the orders ready but the pick guy never showed up. I called him plenty of times every day but he never showed up and kept saying *I am coming in an hour or so*. This repeated for 3 days continously.

Now my every order is getting cancelled due to issues with Easy Ship pickup service.

I have raised this issue through seller support, but each time the only solution offered is a refund of cancellation charges.

My accountis at risk for deactivation now and they even charges for cancellation.

Please take this issue seriously and resolve it urgently. It’s demotivating and frustating for new sellers who are trying to grow their business sincerely.

What are the other options for such cases? Why can't amazon provide quick solutions for such cases?

2 days ago I used to get 15 to 20 orders everyday But today I have only 4 orders in 2 days, I keep my account closed on Monday, So there are only 4 orders in 2 days, I am not able to understand what is going on. I don't know why suddenly the orders have reduced so much, orders are not coming at all. 2 days ago everything was going well, orders were coming fine but suddenly order has stopped but why am I not able to understand anything
