Subject: Request to Remove Unfair 1-Star Buyer Rating Due to False Claim

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

We are writing regarding a recent 1-star rating received on one of our orders. The buyer claimed they received only 1 item instead of 2, and rated us negatively based on this.

However, we at VHE VERA CREATION would like to state clearly that we shipped the correct quantity of 2 products in that order. We take strict care in packaging and order accuracy, and this shipment was double-checked before dispatch.

We are surprised and disappointed that Amazon has accepted this rating without any supporting proof or video evidence from the buyer while opening the package. This unfair feedback not only affects our seller rating but also questions the integrity of our business practices.

We kindly request Amazon to:

Investigate the matter thoroughly.

Remove or suppress the 1-star rating, as the claim is unverified and baseless

Looking forward to a fair resolution.

A new seller with the storefront name:  {personal data removed, moderator edit}  has mapped my top selling ASINs, and is undercutting my prices. I don’t even know what product he is sending to the customers. Please take some action and block him. I have already reported this many times, filled all the forms but no action from Amazon. Block such cheap people from amazon.

Some buyers are rejecting the orders when it is attempted for delivery. I am not sure they why they have to order it first. I have couple of questions. My product selling prices is less than 200. If it is returned RTO is thrice the delivery charges. I am new to Amazon and already stuck with PPC and loosing all the money on it. I can improve on PPC, but I am not sure how you all handling this fake return and rejection and the accumulating charges on these.

Does Amazon has any support for seller on these fake return or rejection? Any suggestion on how to handle them?

Hello fellow sellers,

I’m writing to share a frustrating experience and seek some clarity or support.

I recently had two return cases:

One item was returned completely different from what I originally shipped. I sent jeera powder, and the buyer returned an expired capsule strip – totally unrelated and unacceptable.

The second item was returned damaged, clearly not in a resellable condition.

I submitted a SAFE-T claim for both cases, expecting a fair resolution. To my shock, the claim was granted, but the reimbursement amount is 0.0 INR. What kind of resolution is that? What’s the point of a “granted” claim if there's no compensation at all?

I’ve checked the return policies, and there’s nothing that explains why a seller would receive zero refund in such clear-cut cases of abuse and damage.

Has anyone else faced this kind of issue recently? Is there a way to escalate this with solid evidence?

We put in a lot of effort to maintain quality and service – being penalized like this is extremely discouraging.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Safe T claim Denied , Worst delivery by AMAZON

y Safe T claim , got rejected due to reason stating "An attempt was made to deliver the shipment but the delivery could not be completed because of your unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment." But no one contacted or reached me to deliver the product

Claim ID : 96823-16970-5611440

Note: No one has come to pick up my products for any of my orders, so how can I expect them to come for delivery?

Is Brand Registry, solution of Mapping?

Every New businessman who Joins Amazon hands, have an ambition to grow with or under Amazon.

Seller applies for a Trademark, to make their Brand, wait for up to one year to be Registered by the Trademark Authority. After that we makes Brand Registry on Amazon, just for a faith that our brand would be secure by mappers or unwanted sellers.

But after all your ASIN can be Mapped.

Sure, you can make a violation of Trademark Complaint, but for that you have to make a “test buy”

And What is test Buy?

U have to purchase your Same ASIN product from the other seller.

Suppose on 1st January you got to know your ASIN is Mapped.

U will make a Violation complaint under Brand Registry.

There you will be asked for an order ID.

Sure, you can get order ID by instant order. But Brand Registry will not resolve the case if your order is not finalized or delivered.

It means Time killing.

U have to wait for 6-7 days. maybe more time/days........

I have suffered a lot with this problem. Even suffering....

Independence Day is near, Indian Flag Sales are on boom, mapping is on Boom,

In between this scenario, What i feel.

We Create/give birth to an ASIN. We Improve/feed it with quality, discount, offers, wins ratings by the heart of buyers. ASIN grows like your kids in front of your eyes. One day some people (other sellers) came {inappropriate content removed}/mapping your Kid/ASIN in front of you. They are r{inappropriate content removed, moderator edit} for one....two....three.....four.....on and on days.

YOU CANT DO ANYTHING.

and you know what , Amazon is watching this f.....king show.

Amazon is spectator.

Suppose in between Mapped seller shipped about 30-40 orders in between these days. Or the buyers dislike the product, due to quality or any other issue, maybe they can share the Image or Video with review and rating. Whose ASIN will suffer.

Whose ASIN rating will go down.

who will get loss.

whose seller account will Impact

whose account health will Impact.

ONLY THE PRIMARY SELLER, WHO CREATED THAT ASIN.

Amazon have to think about that.

July month we claimed for 3 products and they refund the money... now i made for august month which i got 5 fake returns now they simply saying that exceed the limit and not accepted 4 denied only one accepted and refunded amount was 900 something thats all rest all july month refunded amount and for other 4 products they simply denied the reason as exceed the limit. this is not at all fair. each month we are getting fake returns if they cumulate all the month together then how we should get our refund money. if you have limit keep the limit on month basic.
